1.The tofu cut into small square block, then into boiling water for about ten seconds, remove and set it aside.
2.Pork chopped, into a bowl, then add the appropriate amount of cornstarch, rice wine and ground pepper, a little salt to marinate 30 minutes.
3.Take a wok, first heat the wok, then add the appropriate amount of edible oil, when the oil is heated to 8 into the heat, add chopped pork and stir fry untill the meat change the color, finally remove and set it aside.
4.Garlic, ginger and chives chopped, dry red pepper cut into sections, fresh red peppers and onions cut into thin circles, black fungus cut into small pieces.
5.Wash clean the wok, first heat the pan to dry the all water in the wok, then add the appropriate amount of edible oil, when the oil is heated to 8 into the heat, add chopped garlic, ginger and prepared dry red pepper to stir fry till fragrant.
6.When dry red pepper change the color, put a spoon of bean paste untill and stir fry till fragrant.
7.When you see red oil appearing, then pour the prepared meat and stir fry rapidly for a while. And then into the black fungus, continue to stir fry, then add tofu, pour light Soy sauce
and slightly stir in order to make all of tofu colour.
8.Put a small amount of cold water to the wok, two-thirds of the water submerged into tofu, cover with lid, with a high heat to stew.
9.When the water almost boiled dry, turn off the heat. (Note: not all the water evaporates dry, to leave a little juice)
10.Sprinkle with ground pepper, prepared fresh red peppers and onions rings, finally, drop two drops of sesame oil. Done!
